About Us

Hyden Consulting provides customized organizational development, project management, and related services for nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and companies.  Since our founding in 1989, our mission has been to help organizations, individuals, and leaders achieve their goals by engaging the human spirit.

We have worked on many successful projects for organizations and companies through the United States. These include:                                                    

• Management of the construction of a $15 million performing arts center
• Collaboration Building, research and writing resulting in a $7.5 million federal grant
• Development and Implementation of a project involving a diverse collaboration of public and non-profit agencies around law enforcement and domestic violence
• Conception and Implementation of a two-year capacity-building project involving training, technical assistance, and leadership coaching for 11 small to medium sized faith based organizations
• Leadership Coaching for a group of senior managers in a local government agency to help them be better leaders and supervisors
• Strategic Planning for organizations including a nonprofit housing development organization, two youth serving agencies, and a school district
• Board Training and development for many organizations
• Evaluation and Assessment of program effectiveness for an agency serving the homeless.
