For over twenty years Hyden Consulting has been fortunate to contribute to the success of many companies and organizations throughout the United States. Some of our most exciting projects have included our project management of numerous construction and renovation projects including the construction of a new $15 million Performing Arts Center; strategic planning for a large school district; strategic planning for numerous business and nonprofit organizations; grants research, writing, and management, including the award of a $7.5 million dollar grant to a collaboration of community organizations and a local public school system.

Our project management experience also includes development, implementation, and “from the ground up” audit of human resource systems; facilitation of merger of organizational systems and cultures; interim management and leadership support; strategic and governance planning to align organizational programs and processes with best practices; facilitation of a complex community coalition of homeless providers; and numerous projects of assisting leaders to analyze and resolve complex human resource issues and conflict with intervention and tools to make changes through non-litigious processes.

In summary, Hyden Consulting provides critical business, management, project, and people support where and when it's needed – building, strengthening, and improving relationships that enable leaders to realize their vision.

Our Mission

The mission of Hyden Consulting is to “support, encourage, and lead the development of executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders.” We live this mission by providing a “tool box” of resources that help leaders define and achieve their visions based on their values. One of our goals is to help leaders improve the performance and effectiveness of their organizations. We have helped many organizations identify and resolve complex human resource problems, coached leaders to reach new heights, facilitated diverse coalitions of people toward shared visions, assessed and developed comprehensive training and development strategies, and led change initiatives.

We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality consulting services possible; to that end, we have developed a resource bank of highly qualified entrepreneurs and leaders in their respective fields to work as independent contractors on a project-by-project basis. In this way, a consultant’s expertise and professional style is aligned with the individual needs of the leader with whom we are working. The Hyden Team of consultants is a group of experienced, highly skilled, caring professionals with expertise in human resource (people) management, strategic planning and strategy formulation, project management, coalition building and facilitation, organizational and leadership development, and conflict resolution. We sincerely believe each customer is unique; therefore, each team of consultants is assembled based upon the special needs of the project.
