Hyden Consulting, Inc. has delivered superior value as project manager/owner’s rep for many collaboration building, feasibility, construction, renovation, and general administrative and leadership projects over the years. Serving as Owner’s Rep we’ve completed serveral multi-million dollar construction projects including a new performing arts center, a pediatric medical home and an early childhood education center. Our clients have included colleges and universities, architectural firms, engineering firms, government and community consortiums, and public school districts. We are a leader at providing project management services to accomplish large and small-scale projects within organizations and between organizations.


We have also served as the interim executive director for numerous nonprofits providing leadership during the time of transition while providing assistance with recruiting and hiring of new leadership.


Taking the seed of an organizational idea, we’ve helped to define the mission and vision; developed organizational structure, governance, operational, and personnel infrastructure and policies; filed for the 501c3 status; developed the brand, marketing plan, and launched the new organization/nonprofit.


We have managed project teams for the implementation of complex systems software programs, acquired and managed numerous federal, state and local grants from $250,000 to $9 million, facilitated space planning and facility utilization studies, and worked with engineering firms to assess and develop more efficient and effective city traffic flow.
